Experience - 5 to 6 years
Location - Pune
Responsibilities:
▪ Design, develop, and maintain documentation for a complex suite of e-banking products. Document types include developer guides, installation guides, administrators guides, feature guides, and online help.
▪ Participate in our peer review process to ensure consistency and quality across our documentation.
▪ Review design specifications, interview subject matter experts, and test features to produce documentation within prescribed deadlines while meeting established quality standards.
▪ Liaise with Engineering, QA, and Support staff across multiple time zones.
▪ Work independently and as part of a team.
Required Skills :
*Hands on Experience with Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Robohelp, and Adobe Acrobat
*Solid technical skills so they can read and decipher design documents, and understand what needs to be documented *Attention to detail
*Solid writing/communication skills
*Excellent time management skills
