Qualifications Essential 
• Minimum 7 years IS experience 
• Minimum of 5 years experience configuration of PP/QM 
• Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal 
• Team player Desirable 
• 6 years configuration • SAP PP Certification 
• iDoc Expertise • Automotive industry experience 
• Experience in ABAP debugging, code reading, LSMW 

Knowledge and Skills Required 
• Strong SAP knowledge and ability to configure most of the following areas: 


  1. Demand Management, MRP, Production Order, Collective Order, Kanban, Repetitive Mfg, Print Output determination and special processes like Scrap, Rework , Subcontracting 
  2. Quality Planning ( Catalog, Inspection Methods, Specifications& Sampling Plan) , Quality Inspection and Notification and application of it in Purchasing, Production and Sales & Distribution, Control Charts/SPC and special processes like Defect management, Shelf-life, Audits. 
  3. Batch Management, Classification, Engineering Change Management and Handling Unit Management 

• Experience working with a multiple and formal change control process 
• Willingness to adhere to a standard, global template and maintain the consistency of the global process model. 
• Ability to review functional and technical specifications and make recommendations for improvement prior to development 
• Proven full life cycle experience 
• Advanced problem solving skills and solution development 
• Manage workshops, conference calls and training with Business users 
• Manage and function well under tight timeframes - manage multiple priorities concurrently 
• Possess a disciplined approach and commitment to delivering on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) - Focused on exceeding customer expectations 
• Excellent and confident communicator with all levels of the business 
• Self managing and a self starter 
• Ability to interact strongly with the business, identify opportunities for improvement and drive change into the business 
• Fluent English language skills 
• Excellent presentation skills 
• Willingness and ability to travel between various locations if needed 
• Willingness to cover limited out of hour “on call” cover - pre organised rota with the team Personal Characteristics

• Work as part of the Global SAP PP-QM Maintenance team, accountable for resolving SAP issues raised via the helpdesk categorised as PP-QM 
• Manage small develop tasks – Provide functional and configuration solutions in SAP for PP-QM-related activities. 
• Assist with defining and managing requirements for development work 
• Create functional design specifications for development and support work 
• Assist with estimating work requests; service level measurement. 
• Review detailed design specifications, test plans and user documentation for functional and technical completeness. 
• Carry out regression tests for Projects.
