Job Description:
- Lead development of Java/Spring based web software that adheres to the organization’s software development standards for applications.
- Be responsible for team deliverables, schedule, and quality.
- Active participation in brainstorming and designing itest and test scenario preparation.
- Perform/Ensure code review process is strictly followed and documented.
- Coordinate between applications in integrated points (external, internal).
- Ensures a team under him or her adheres to the done criteria.
- Be responsible for and familiar with all reuse tools (could be code or lessons learned from prior projects) and sources, and ensure they are being used.
- Identify problems and update or modify working methods in own role without the benefit of defined guidelines. Raise project risks.
- Effective team management and planning: plan requirements (work with POs) into timetable and commit to on-time completion at a high level.
- Effective people management and interfaces
