· Excellent incident solving, analytical and critical thinking skills - must be able to work with peers and customers to resolve issues |
| · Must have experience in Replication, mirroring, Triggering, log shipping, Disaster Recovery , High Availability, Automation Scripting, Clustering |
| · Continuous improvement focus to continually review clients’ database environments with a standing goal of improving upon existing operations |
| · Possess a good technical background with an ability to effectively interface with cross-functional teams (server administrators, storage administrators, client application developers, etc) |
| · Excellent oral and written communication skills – must be comfortable communicating with technical peers and customers |
| · Personal commitment to stay current with latest technology concepts |
| · A customer service attitude is essential |
| · Team player attitude is critical |
| · Excellent functional understanding and familiarity with database monitoring and capacity management |
| · Excellent functional understanding of Microsoft Windows Server technology 4-8 Years Bangalore/Chennai/Gurgaon Contract to Hire/Full Time |
