Technical Skills Mandatory
• Experience of analysis, architecture, design, development and implementation of large-scale multi-tier OO applications
• Experience –9+ yrs Minimum 2 years in the Technical Architect Role preferably with a mix of product/service development space
• Strong development experience with the following is required:
Candidate Must have
• .NET Framework 3.5, 4.0
• C#, ASP.NET , ADO.NET, LINQ to SQL, ADO.NET Entity Framework
• MS SQL Server, Oracle 9i / 10g
• Advanced JavaScript techniques ,XML, JQuery, AJAX
• Unit Testing, CruiseControl.NET
• WCF
• Good grasp of: Architecture process, modeling tools (using UML or other standards), design patterns, refactoring and unit testing, code versioning mechanisms.
• Knowledge of agile framework such as Extreme Programming (XP), TDD will be considered a plus.
• Hands-on coding experience is a must
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving attitude Desired
• VB.NET, Silverlight, WPF, MVC, Sharepoint 2008/2010, SSIS, SSRS Personal Attributes Mandatory
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Assessing technical skill levels
• Technical Complexity Estimation
• Providing Technology Direction/Guidance to project teams
• Outstanding written and oral communication skill
• Should be able to guide multiple project teams simultaneously and work as Technical Evangelist to explore and institutionalize emerging technologies, tools and best practices
